PLEASE READ THIS SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE 
AGREEMENT "LICENSE" CAREFULLY BEFORE USING 
THE SOFTWARE.  BY USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU 
ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF 
THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS 
OF THIS LICENSE, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE.

GRANT OF LICENSE.  Ezone grants you the nonexclusive right 
to copy the Tremors animations and images on this disc onto your 
computer hard drive and to use the Tremors animations and 
images images and any derivatives or copies (collectively, the 
"Tremors") on one computer and with one user at a time.  The 
Tremors may be copied, modified and incorporated in materials 
for personal or for internal company use and in website, 
advertising and promotional materials for yourself or your clients. 
Any website, advertising or promotional materials containing the 
Tremors shall not be used to promote a website which contains the 
Tremors or to promote a business that provides the Tremors to its 
customers. For example, you may not use the Tremors or "Ezone" 
to advertise your website business if you are providing the 
Tremors to your customers. The Tremors may not be sold and may 
not be incorporated in products for sale. For example, you may use 
the Tremors in a website for one of your clients, but you may not 
sell copies of the Tremors themselves. You may not copy this disc 
in its entirety.

ADDITlONAL RIGHTS AVAILABLE. If you are unsure of 
your rights under this agreement or wish to use the Tremors in a 
manner not permitted by this agreement, such as in products for 
sale, please contact Ezone for information and additional licensing 
options at licenses@ezone.com.

WARRANTIES. Ezone warrants that it has the right to grant this 
license to you. Ezone warrants this software to be free from 
defects in material and workmanship for 30 days from delivery.  
Your sole and exclusive remedy for a breach of these warranties is 
the replacement of the software or refund of the purchase price at 
Ezone's option. Ezone makes no other warranty, express or 
implied, including. without limitation, any implied warranties of 
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some states do 
not permit the exclusion of implied warranties and you may have 
other rights which may vary from state to state.

GENERAL. All rights in this software and the Tremors are owned 
by Ezone and its licensors and are protected by United States 
copyright laws, international treaty provisions and other applicable 
laws. You may not use the Tremors or Ezone name except as a 
credit or copyright notice with the Tremors. You may be held 
legally responsible for any copyright infringement that is caused or 
encouraged by your failure to abide by the terms of this agreement. 
Ezone retains all rights not expressly granted by this agreement. 
This software is licensed only to you. The license granted under 
this agreement may not be transferred without the prior written 
consent of Ezone and will terminate automatically without notice 
from Ezone if you fail to comply with any provision of this 
agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the disc and the 
Tremors and must return the disc and all copies of it to Ezone 
immediately.
